Kaizer Chiefs have pulled off one of the most exciting signings of the transfer window, securing the services of highly-rated winger Langelihle Phili from Stellenbosch FC.
The Glamour Boys officially unveiled the 21-year-old on Monday, adding one of the Premier Soccer League’s brightest young stars to their squad ahead of the new season.
“We warmly welcome Langelihle to the Gold & Black family and look forward to a positive and successful career with Amakhosi,” the club said in announcing the transfer.
Phili arrives at Naturena on the back of a sensational 2025/26 campaign with Stellenbosch FC. The electric winger scored nine goals across all competitions.
Known for his blistering pace, fearless dribbling and eye for goal, Phili has established himself as one of South African football’s most exciting young prospects. His performances attracted widespread interest, but it is Kaizer Chiefs who have won the race for his signature.
