Danny Jordaan, president of the South African Football Association, appeared at the Johannesburg Specialised Commercial Crimes Court in Palm Ridge alongside his co-accused, with the case postponed for further legal preparations.
Jordaan faces fraud, theft, and conspiracy charges involving over R1 million, linked to alleged misuse of SAFA funds for personal benefit, including security and PR services.
The defence is expected to apply for the matter to be struck off the roll, citing delays, while the National Prosecuting Authority says it is ready to proceed.
The case returns to court on 25 May.
