Mamelodi Sundowns to do trophy parade today in Tshwane after landing in South Africa as newly crowned champions of the 2025/26 CAF Champions League.
The Brazilians returned home with the continental trophy following a hard-fought final against Moroccan giants AS FAR Rabat, sealing the title after a 1-1 draw in the second leg on 24 May 2026 and winning on aggregate. A decisive contribution came from Divine Lunga, whose penalty helped secure the historic triumph.
Led by head coach Miguel Cardoso, Sundowns have now claimed their second CAF Champions League crown, further strengthening their reputation as one of Africa’s most dominant football clubs.
