Tsebe Phillimon Moloto (51), owner of the Limpopo Anti-Drug Gangsterism and Crime (LADGAC) Rehabilitation Centre, appeared in the Polokwane Magistrates’ Court, where he was granted bail on two counts of malicious damage to property. He also made a brief appearance in the Seshego Magistrates’ Court in connection with one of the charges.
According to the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), Moloto and the complainant were previously in a romantic relationship and jointly operated the LADGAC Rehabilitation Centre. After their relationship ended, the complainant allegedly opened her own rehabilitation centre.
The State alleges that on 28 June 2026, Moloto poured a flammable substance onto the complainant’s Toyota Hilux while it was parked at her parents’ home in Seshego Zone 3. He is also accused of setting alight a signboard advertising her new rehabilitation business in Ladanna.
The case has been postponed to 22 September 2026 for further police investigations.
