Springbok star Cheslin Kolbe is set to make a sensational return to DHL Stormers next season after signing a deal to rejoin the Cape Town-based side.
Kolbe’s return forms part of the Stormers’ ambitious “Project 2029” vision aimed at strengthening the squad and building long-term success on the domestic and international stage.
The explosive winger previously played for the Stormers before continuing his career overseas in Japan and Europe, where he became one of world rugby’s biggest stars.
Kolbe has expressed excitement about returning to Cape Town and reuniting with the team where his professional career first flourished, saying he looks forward to contributing to the Stormers’ future success.
