Democratic Alliance in Eastern Cape has resolved to serve Nqaba Bhanga with a notice of intention to suspend him from all party activities.
The Party says Bhanga publicly labelled Federal Council Chairperson Helen Zille a racist and posted other allegations against her.
Bhanga will have 48 hours to respond in writing with reasons as to why he should not be suspended.
The matter has been referred to the federal legal commission for investigations
