Two police officers attached to the Kamesh police station in Kariega are expected to appear before the Magistrate court on Friday on charges of sexual assault and assault.
According to the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) Spokesperson Robbie Raburabu, the 41-year-old Constable and 42-year-old Sergeant were arrested on Thursday.
The dua allegedly assaulted and sexually assaulted a 37-year-old victim earlier this month.
