Inanda FM is mourning the sudden death of presenter Ndoni Radebe, who was found dead at her Durban flat on Monday, 10 August 2026.
The 47-year-old presenter had failed to report for work, prompting concern among her colleagues after she could not be reached by phone.
According to station manager Thandeka Ngobese, Radebe had appeared healthy and in good spirits when she presented her show on Friday, 7 August.
Radebe had been with Inanda FM for five years and hosted the station’s 9am to noon slot.
In a statement, Inanda FM described her as the “heart” of the timeslot and praised her professionalism, authenticity and warmth.
“Ndoni was the heart of our 9h00–12h00 slot, a broadcaster who truly put the ‘Pro’ in professionalism every single day,” the station said.
The station said her sudden death had left a void that would be difficult to fill, while paying tribute to the impact she had on listeners.
“Sikufisa ukuphumula ngokuthula, Ndoni. Thank you for every moment, every smile, and every beautiful broadcast,” the station said.
