No spectators will be allowed to attend the first leg of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games qualifier between Madagascar and Sasol Banyana Banyana on Friday, 9 October 2026.
The South African Football Association (SAFA) said the decision follows a request from Madagascar, who are the hosts of the first-leg encounter.
The match will be played at the Free State Stadium in Bloemfontein, with kick-off scheduled for 15h00.
Fans will, however, be allowed to attend the second leg, which will also take place at the Free State Stadium on Tuesday, 13 October, with kick-off at 18h00.
The two-legged fixture will determine which side advances in the qualifying process for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.
